A Filipino favourite, this cooking sauce is all you need to recreate a traditional Philippine adobo dish. Based on our family recipe, it is a delicate blend of cider vinegar, soy sauce, paprika, garlic, peppercorns and bay leaf.
This is a cooking sauce that you pour and cook. This jar is good for 500g of meat, fish or seafood. For chunky vegetables, use 1/3 and a few tablespoons for leafy vegetables.
The taste profile is sour, salty, and sweet.
Coconut milk can also be added as an option to make the sauce creamy and rich.
