By popular demand, and after the award success of my coffee milk chocolate, I have finally created my first cofee dark chocolate. Pairing freshly roasted coffee beans from our friends at Skylark Coffee in Brighton and the finest ethically sourced Madagascan cocoa beans. We handcraft this chocolate from bean to bar in Hassocks, West Sussex. We carefully roast, crack, grade, winnow, stone grind & conch these single region beans into, chocolate developing natural, unique & complex flavours.
