Everything I sell on Resident Artisan is made by me from scratch in my Lucky Penny Studio in West Sussex, and the product that you will receive is the exact one seen in the listing. It is handmade so may contain imperfections and quirks that add to its character, rather than a mass produced replicated item you can find in a high street shop. 

Although the mugs are dishwasher safe, I would suggest to hand wash with care to preserve longevity.
