A collection of 12 fresh cream and milk chocolate truffles blended with award-winning Sussex Sparkling Wines from Ridgeview Wine Estate, Wiston, Kinsbrook or Bolney. Each truffle is hand coated in dark chocolate before being decorated with raspberry powder or milk chocolate flakes.
