Inspired by the vast history of the Devil’s Dyke, our hand crafted signature gin blends botanicals from the traditional London Dry recipe with those found on the Devil’s Dyke and in West Sussex.

Our botanicals are influenced by the Victorians who frequented Devil’s Dyke. Beginning with juniper and citrus coming through on the nose and continuing onto the palate, with the sweetness of victoria plums. Milk thistle, black elderberry, rosemary, grapefruit and grains of paradise finish your sensual journey of the 19th century.

Best served with an Indian tonic and garnished with sliced fresh grapefruit and a stem of rosemary.
