Forests Mists Mushroom Tea

An etherial mist curls its way through the forest branches, kissing your face in the early morning light. You close your eyes to feel the cool, refreshing air, hear the morning song of the birds. Your hand reaches out to lightly caress the soft fronds of a fern. The sun rises and you greet the day with a knowing smile.

Forest Mists has a powerful seven mushroom blend with a delicious black tea base. The light and floral notes of rose and calendula lift the earth tones of the mushroom blend and black tea to create a delicious mix of flavours that are unlike anything you have tasted before.

Ingredients: Organic black tea, Rose, Calendula, Raspberry leaf, Reishi mushroom, Chaga mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Maitake mushroom, Lion’s Mane mushroom, Cordyceps mushroom, tremella mushroom

The seven blend of mushrooms are medicinal mushrooms that have been used for a millennia across the globe. We recommend you do some research for yourself to see if these mushrooms align with you!

At least one ingredient from each of our tea blends is hand-foraged from the South Downs National Park. This means flavours may vary slightly.

Due to the nature of the fresh ingredients, the flavours are much stronger so less tea is usually required per cup, giving you more tea per bag!

How to brew:

Loose leaf: Add one teaspoon of loose tea to an infuser or 2-3 teaspoons to a teapot and let steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes.

Tea Bag: Add one tea bag to a cup of hot water or 2 teabags to a teapot and let steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes.

All our teas are vegan & nut and gluten free with no nasties added!
