A gin and tonic ganache, made with gin distilled down the road in Hastings, sandwiched between two layers of our 45% Cameroonian milk chocolate. A hybrid of truffle and bar: the ganache is bright with lemon and juniper, and the chocolate’s caramel notes round it off. Contains alcohol.
