The Cookie Collaboration was founded in 2012 by Amanda Hamilton Smith.
When hand iced cookies began to make a splash from the U.S within the U.K, she was amazed of the versatility of royal icing, and what you could create from a plain cookie!
With her love for baking and design she was quickly 'hooked', and spent many (many!) hours in her home kitchen perfecting the art of hand decorating with royal icing.
Since showcasing her cookie art online, her cookies have been featured in Brides and the FT Magazine, and we have gone on to work with some fabulous companies, such as Hilton hotels, Lindt, Mulberry, Virgin atlantic & Valery Demure - baking cookies for Paris & London fashion weeks (to name just a few!).
