Wild Christmas Foraging Course

Get into the festive spirit with a seasonal forage. Explore the plants and fungi that grow around Christmas time and how you can bring them into your own festivities. Learn how traditions around food were established from foraging and what edible plants and fungi were around during that time.

End the day experiencing a tantalising winter feast with wild food, mulled wine and lots of merriment. Leave with a full belly, armed with new recipes and foods to bring to your Christmas or Yule table.
