For an exclusive chocolate making experience, the Masterclass takes place at Noble and Stace's BRAND NEW Chocolate Studio near Midhurst, West Sussex, with a maximum of 4 budding chocolatiers.
After a welcome coffee and pastry, we'll make fresh cream truffles, design 3 of your own solid chocolate bars and make some decorated shards.
This practical and fun Masterclass will last around 3 hours, during which time I'll teach you how to make the perfect ganache, pipe into delicate truffle shells, temper chocolate, use coloured cocoa butters to create eye-catching designs and make your own chocolate bars.
You'll go home with everything you create packaged up in gift boxes. That's 20 dipped truffles, 3 solid chocolate bars and a bag of shards!
There will also be plenty of chocolate to sample throughout the class, recipes for what you've made, and clear instructions to enable you to become an expert at chocolate tempering.
