This tasty dairy free milk chocolate is inspired by a popular drink from Valencia, Spain called Horchata (or Orxata as it is called in Catalan). It is a sweet milky drink made from water, sugar & tiger nuts. No tigers were harmed in the making of this chocolate nor were nuts used! Tiger nuts are actually a tuber & so are suitable for vegans & those with nut or dairy allergies. The tiger nuts are stone ground and conched along with the finest ethically sourced cocoa beans that we have carefully roasted, unlocking their unique and complex flavours before we temper, mould & package ready to be enjoyed.
